Insert Mode

In insert mode, nearly all keystrokes will go to the prompt input field. There are a few exceptions:

Ctrl+M	Open model selection dialog (default models)
Ctrl+m	Open model selection dialog (current chat models)
Enter	Submit prompt
Esc	Back to normal mode
